Our Team

At Bradford Village Healthcare Center, we foster a supportive environment where staff are appreciated and cared for. Many of our staff have been with us for 10+ years, exemplifying the great work environment we strive to maintain! Yes we enjoy our time together during the day, but more importantly we collaborate together so that our residents receive the highest possible quality of care. To constantly improve our quality of care, we offer opportunities for professional growth in scholarship funds, Nurse Aide training, clinical hours, and a variety of certifications to help in career development. 

We are lucky to have two great buildings—one for long-term care and the other for skilled patients—each with its own dining room. Our staff and residents love the friendly competitions we host for the two buildings to engage in fun activities! Residents appreciate the personalized care they receive from our energetic, passionate staff as well as the strong connection we have with local churches and schools, welcoming volunteers and donations often.
